Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Appliance
Securely pack the item in its original box, including all manuals, accessories, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For small appliances, use the provided prepaid label; for large appliances, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
